What is a T-shirt photo booth?
It is a photo booth that prints on T-shirts. Guests pose for a picture, and a few minutes later they are wearing it. We can print the real photo with your design, a group photo, your logo or AI artwork, all live at your event.
Can you print regular photos on T-shirts, without AI?
Yes. We can print the real photo exactly as it was taken, framed with your logo, names, date or hashtag. Many clients run regular photo printing only, and some offer regular and AI designs side by side.
How long does it take from photo to finished shirt?
About three minutes per guest, depending on the design and the setup. Guests love watching their shirt come off the heat press, and it is part of the fun.
How many shirts can you print per hour?
It depends on the design, the equipment and the crew. We plan realistic numbers with you ahead of time and add print stations for busy events so the line keeps moving.
Do guests get a digital copy?
Yes. Every guest gets their photo and design by text and email, ready to share on social media.

How much does a T-shirt photo booth cost?
Our T-shirt photo booth starts at $6,500. Multi-day events and very large crowds get a custom quote based on hours, number of shirts, staffing and venue.
Is staff included?
Yes. Our crew handles photography, design, printing, heat pressing and guest help. A dedicated event manager is your main contact from planning through event day.
How much space do you need?
It depends on your expected guest count. We plan the layout with you and the venue so there is room for the photo area, the print station and a pickup spot without blocking the room.
Where do you work?
We work events all across the United States and internationally. Travel is included for qualifying events near the cities we serve most, and we work with our clients wherever their events are, anywhere in the world.
Is this all Big Day Events can do?
Not at all. We also bring the Glambot, AI photo booths, trade show photo booths, AI caricatures and more. Many clients mix two or three experiences at one event.
