Traditional live printing offers a few premade graphics. Our AI experience creates original artwork around each guest, using their photo, their chosen theme and their personal details, so the guest becomes part of the finished shirt.
Do guests get a digital copy?

Can guests choose different designs?

Can attendees use photos of their children?

It depends on your expected volume. We plan the layout with you and the venue so there is room for registration, the photo area, the print station and a pickup counter, and so the line flows without blocking the aisle.

Yes. Professional staff handle photography, registration, AI artwork, printing, heat pressing and guest support. A dedicated campaign manager is your main contact from planning through event day.
Can we request design revisions?
Yes. We refine creative direction, branding and the guest flow with you before the event. The number and timing of revisions are set out in your proposal. Changes after final approval may affect timelines and pricing.
Do you build the whole booth?
We can. Big Day Events designs branded environments around the experience, including custom booth design, signage, photo areas and production stations.
